Faith

The Bible says, "Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see." 

The Modern CPH Translation states it this way,"Faith is driving at night with your 14 year old ADHD son across town and through a very busy Wally World  parking lot  and hoping you will make it home even though you cannot see it in your sights."

Well, I'm writng this, so that means one of two things.... we either made it home or they have Xanga in Heaven   God is goooooooood!!!!!!

A Day From the Past

After we got home from worship service this morning, the whole family was in our bedroom laughing, talking, wrestling, just like the good old days when our kids were young.  Even though it didn't last for long, (Jonathan "blew spit" into Nathan's face and he took off saying something about that being "gross Jonathan" go figure ) it was fun just to be together as a whole family, short as it was.  The other four of us hung out for away longer until our busy lives called us away to other stuff      I love my family!!!!!!!!     

Only three more days of teaching 29 little kindergarteners before Christmas ( for you politically correct: WINTER) Break     Praise God!!!!!!
